Randy Rock – Former President & Chief Executive Officer
Randy is the former President and Founder of ECM. He started the firm in 1981, as a Financial Aid Consultant, providing training, administrative, and compliance services to a wide range of post-secondary institutions of higher education. His former responsibilities included the overall management of the company, external agency contact/problem resolution and client development. Randy now serves as an Executive Consultant providing guidance and counsel to client schools senior management.
Rachel Gordon – Chief Operating Officer
Rachel is a highly experienced financial aid professional with over 20 years of expertise. She specializes in regulatory compliance and the fields of financial aid process-flow, full-cycle accreditation, strategic planning, project management and enrollment management. She is highly regarded for her customer service driven approach as well as her ability to create innovative solutions utilizing technology and human enterprise. Rachel is well-known as a bonafide financial aid systems expert and for the creation of compliant, seamless, customer friendly process-flows.
Paul Pari – Vice President, Compliance & Training
Paul has been with ECM since 2001. He has over 30 years of hands-on school experience in proprietary institutions and colleges. His responsibilities at ECM include financial aid regulatory compliance, client services and technical assistance, review of financial aid files, and training of ECM and client financial aid staffs. Paul regularly conducts online and on-site Financial Aid Regulatory Workshops around the country to help ECM clients remain current with all new financial aid, accreditation and compliance regulations.
